Please join us June 2 thru June 8, 2013 as we discover the cuisine of French Burgundy. Each morning our small group of hand’s on student chef’s, from many parts of the world, will prepare and enjoy famous dishes from Burgundy. Chef Franz and his staff will lead our 4 unique 2-hour hand’s on classes as we prepare traditional Bourgogne cooking, Oeufs en Meurette, Volaille de Bresse, Boeuf Bourguignon and many other specialties.
Each afternoon you are invited to join the group as we visit Solutre Rock, Cluny Abbey, Macon, and Hameau DUBOEUF...
