Guided by their imagination and the seasons, Chefs Frantz Alexandre and Richard Vazou intermingle creativity and gastronomy with good local produce, feeling and tradition. Just some of the things you can savour with a prestigious wine: foie gras, sweetbreads, carpaccio of scallops, risotto with lobster, frog legs, fillet of Charolais beef, Bresse chicken and an array of beautiful homemade desserts including the famous Mâconnaise wafers.
