Our restaurant, with a vast view of our park, is decorated in a traditional style by Philippe Starck and welcomes you to its discreet and comfortable setting.

Behind the stoves, Frantz Alexandre and Jean Marc Salomon create bourgeois gastronomic cuisine, in which Burgundy traditions take on the accent of new trends: ris de veau with truffle, Charolais beef tournedos Rossini, crispy foie gras, lobster stew can be found on our menus alongside classics such as snails and frog legs.

In the dining room, Jérôme our young sommelier with a taste for unearthing new discoveries, will find the perfect match to accompany your meal, whether it be a local vintage or something from further afield.
