Join our chefs Franzt and Thomas in their kitchens.

Once the lunch service is over, they invite you to come and share their culinary expertise!

In our cookery workshops, full of helpful advice and tricks of the trade, each one addressing a different topic according to current trends and seasonal produce, you will discover the theory behind the art of cooking and then put it into practice with our experienced chefs at your side.

In the company of your other half or a group of friends, come and discover new cooking methods, such as 50-minute slow oven-cooked eggs, tender Bresse chicken with morel mushrooms, smoked foie gras and more.

Treat your children to a Little Chefs’ stay! They will enjoy an afternoon entirely dedicated to them, during which they will make their favourite cakes and pastries and create their birthday tea themselves. THIS WORKSHOP MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE: €30 per person, afternoon tea included

Each workshop will cover a topic of your choice, or as marked on our calendar. Don your aprons and let our expert chefs guide you as you create dishes that you will have the chance to enjoy at dinner in the evening. After each session, you will be able to take away the recipes to surprise and impress your future dinner guests with.

Introduction to oenology and wine tasting

Our sommelier shares his precious expertise and tips for selecting and recognising the perfect wine accompaniments in our introductory tasting sessions.

Our oenology classes are designed for all wine buffs and enthusiasts. We will be only too pleased to help you discover and develop the fine art of wine tasting.

Each session addresses a specific topic, such as wine-producing regions, food and wine matches and more.

After each session, you will be able to take away the recipes to surprise and impress your future dinner guests with.
